As a Webchat Adviser you would be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s and increasing our digital presence. Talking to customers VIA a computer provided.
Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Retaining and growing our customer base.
Retail Sales Advisor
